PRODUCERS JAMES FAUNTLEROY AND RANCE DOPSON COMMEMORATE RE-OPENING OF 1500 SOUND ACADEMY
Co-founders of 1500 Sound Academy and Grammy Award winning songwriter/producers James Fauntleroy (Beyonce, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Britney Spears) and Larrance “Rance” Dopson (Jay-Z, Khalid, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Nipsey Hussle, Travi$ Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Migos, Snoop Dogg), recently celebrated the re-opening of the innovative music academy based in Inglewood, California. Those who attended the celebration included Jordin Sparks, Mars and Inglewood Mayor James Butts. 1500 Sound Academy, which offers an expansive range of courses in music production, songwriting, mixing, engineering, music business management, artist branding, TV/Film and coding to aspiring professionals; has a top-notch curriculum in which guest lecturers of the academy have included such world-renowned artists as: Kendrick Lamar, Bruno Mars, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Master P, Snoop Dogg, to name a few. 1500 Sound Academy, a subsidiary of Volume Ventures, was co-founded by Fauntleroy, Dopson and Twila True.
