Volume Ventures, LLC and Affiliated Entities Event Release Form

When you attend an event or program at 8729 Aviation Blvd., Inglewood, California (“Event Premises”) you enter an area where photography, audio (voice and/or music) and/or video recordings may occur.

By entering the Event Premises, you release ("Release") Volume Ventures, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successor, assigns, and representatives (“Volume Ventures”) from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews, photographs, digital images, video and/or audio recordings of you, your name and/or your likeness, image, biography, voice and consent to interview(s), photographs, digital images, audio recordings, video recordings and their release, license, publication, exhibition, and reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, telecasts, promotional and marketing purposes, advertising, packaging, product, services, inclusion on webcasts, social media, general use on the internet, television, film and music recordings or all manner and media now known or hereafter invented or discovered and for any other purpose and without limitation by Volume Ventures (collectively “Materials”). You agree that the Material may be combined with other images, videos, text, graphics and audio recordings and cropped, alter or modified at the sole the discretion of Volume Ventures.

You waive any right to royalties or other compensation of any kind arising from or related the use of such Volume is not obligated to use the Material. No Material need be submitted to you for approval. You acknowledge and agree that anything created by you (which shall automatically be deemed to be included in the Materials), shall be deemed work-for-hire. Volume shall exclusively own all copyrights and other rights now known or hereafter existing rights of every kind throughout the universe, in perpetuity and in all languages, pertaining to the Materials, and all elements therein for all now known and/or hereafter existing uses, media, and forms, including, without limitation, all copyrights (and renewals and extensions thereof), all forms of, interactive media and multi-media and any other devices and/or methods now existing and/or hereinafter devised, and all allied, all ancillary and subsidiary rights therein, and the foregoing is inclusive of a full assignment to Volume thereof.

Any Materials determined not to be "works made for hire," you exclusively and irrevocably assign to Volume, in perpetuity, all rights (including, but not limited to, all copyrights and renewals and extensions thereof) in and to the results and proceeds of such services (or if such assignment is prohibited, you grant Volume an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty free license to use the pre-existing and Materials herein). For the avoidance of doubt, Volume may broadcast, exhibit, distribute and otherwise exploit the Materials on all of its platforms and any thirdparty platforms and all allied ancillary and subsidiary rights therein and thereto (including, without limitation , merchandising and commercial tie-in rights), or any other use.

You release and discharge Volume, its employees and agents from any claims arising from use of the Materials, including claims for misrepresentation of you by any means including editing, juxtaposition with other materials, blurring, distortion, optical illusion or faulty reproduction or transmission.

You hereby agree not to sue and irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive and forever discharge Volume from any and all manner of liabilities, claims and demands of any kind or nature, whatsoever in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which you (or your assigns, agents and/or representatives) ever had, now has, or in the future may have against Volume, including, but not limited to claims arising out of or related to the uses described herein.

This Release shall be governed by the law of the State of California.
